What happens after I send my design?
A designer places your logo on the dieline for your size and emails a proof, with a written price for the quantity you chose.
Does the photo show exactly what will be printed?
No. It is a quick preview to share your idea. The proof we send afterwards is the exact layout.
Which logo files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP up to 3 MB. A PNG with a transparent background looks best on the photo.
Can I move the logo after uploading it?
Yes. Drag it with a mouse or finger, or select it and use the arrow keys. The slider changes its size.
What do the colour swatches do?
They tint the photo so you can see your logo on a different board colour. The printed colour is matched on the proof.
Do I have to choose a finish now?
No. Leave it on not sure and we suggest one on the proof.
Can I design more than one box?
Yes. Send one design, then choose another box and send again.
Is there a charge for the design proof?
No. Proofs are free, and so are changes to them.
Will my logo be stored?
Only with your enquiry, to prepare your proof and quote. See our privacy page for details.
Can I send full artwork instead of a logo?
Yes. Use the brief form further down this page and attach the files.
