Terms of sale
These terms apply to every order placed with Tuck Boxes, Office 704, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR.
Quotes and Prices
Every order is quoted in writing. Prices start from £0.25 per unit; the price for your order depends on size, board, finish and quantity and is shown on your quote. There is no online checkout.
Proofs and Production
We send a free design proof before anything is printed. Production starts when you approve the proof in writing and takes 4–6 business days. Cartons are printed to the approved proof, so please check it carefully.
Delivery
We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery is free and tracked and takes 2–3 business days after production.
Misprints and Damage
Misprints or damage reported within 10 days of delivery, with photos, are reprinted or refunded. Custom cartons cannot be returned for any other reason because they are made to your size and artwork.
Terms questions
When is my order confirmed?
When you accept the written quote and approve the proof.
Can I cancel after approving the proof?
Contact us at once. Once printing has started, the cartons cannot be cancelled.
Are prices shown with VAT?
The written quote shows how VAT applies to your order.
Who owns the artwork I send?
You do. We use it only to make your order.
Can colours vary from my screen?
Slightly, because screens and printed board show colour differently. Ask us about colour matching on the proof.
Do these terms change?
Any change applies to new orders only, never to an order already quoted.
Which law applies to these terms?
The law of England and Wales.
What if delivery is late?
Contact us and we chase it with the tracking details.
Can you reprint an old order with changes?
Yes, as a new order with a new proof.
