What Does a Tuck Box Order Include?
Every order includes a written price, a free design proof, printing on your chosen board, cutting, gluing and free tracked delivery to one UK address. Finishes and extras are listed separately on the quote so you can see what each one adds.

Ordering questions
Is there a minimum order?
Quantities are quoted per order. Tell us the number you need and we price it in writing.
Where does the from £0.25 price apply?
It is the starting price per unit. Your quote depends on size, board, finish and quantity.
Do you charge for setup or plates?
Any cost is included in the written price, so the total on the quote is the total you pay.
Can I reorder the same tuck box later?
Yes. We keep your approved proof on file, so a reorder only needs the quantity.
Can I split one order across two designs?
Ask us. Two designs in the same size are often quoted together.
How do I pay?
Payment details come with your written quote. There is no online checkout.
Can you print barcodes on the carton?
Yes. Send the barcode file or number and we place it on the panel you choose.
Can I send a sample product to size the box?
Yes. Contact us first and we tell you where to post it.
Do you make tuck boxes with inserts?
Yes. Card inserts and rise-up inserts are made to your product on request.
What colours can you print?
Full colour on every outside panel, with spot colours, foil and inside print as options.
How do I change an approved proof?
Contact us before production starts and we send a new proof.
What happens if I miss the 10-day window for a misprint?
Contact us anyway and we look at it, but the reprint or refund promise covers reports made within 10 days with photos.
