Misprints and refunds
Misprints or damage reported within 10 days of delivery, with photos, are reprinted or refunded.
How to Report a Problem
Because every carton is printed to your approved proof, anything that matches the proof is not a misprint. Check the proof carefully before you approve it.
- Photograph the misprint or damage, with the carton and the outer parcel in view.
- Email the photos to info@tuckboxes.co.uk within 10 days of delivery, with your order details.
- We reply within one business day and confirm a reprint or a refund.
Refund questions
What counts as a misprint?
A carton that does not match the proof you approved, for example wrong colours, missing text or a misplaced cut.
How long do I have to report a problem?
10 days from delivery, with photos.
Do I get a reprint or a refund?
Either, for the affected cartons. We agree which with you.
Do I need to send the boxes back?
Usually photos are enough. If we need a sample, we tell you.
Can I return boxes I no longer need?
No. Cartons are made to your size and artwork, so they cannot be resold.
What if only some cartons are damaged?
We reprint or refund the damaged ones.
What if I approved a proof with an error?
Cartons printed to the approved proof are not misprints, so check the proof carefully.
How fast is a reprint made?
We confirm the timing when we agree the reprint.
How is a refund paid?
To the payment method you used, once we agree the refund.
