What We Collect and Why

When you send a form, email, call or message us, we collect your name, email, phone number, company, box details, any files you attach and the page you sent it from. We use them to quote, proof, make and deliver your order. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and performing that contract.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics to count visits and enquiries, and Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are used, including anonymised session recordings and heatmaps. Both set cookies and receive technical data such as pages viewed, device and approximate location. We use them on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the site, and you can block them in your browser settings.

How Long We Keep Data

We keep enquiry and order records for 24 months from your last contact, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep accounting records for longer. Analytics data is kept for up to 24 months.

Your Rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use or ask us to restrict it. Email info@tuckboxes.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
