What do I need to send for a quote?
The closure if you know it, the inside size in millimetres, the quantity and an email address. Board, finish and artwork help but are optional.
How quickly will I get my price?
Usually within one business day, by email, with the price per unit and the total.
Is the quote binding?
No. It is a written price for you to accept or not. Nothing is made until you approve a proof.
Can I get prices for more than one quantity?
Yes. Put the quantities in the notes and we price each one on the same quote.
Does the quote include delivery?
Yes. Delivery to any UK address is free and tracked.
Can I ask for a quote by phone?
Yes. Call +44 7578 382054 and we take the details, then confirm the price in writing.
What if I do not know my box size?
Send the product measurements, or post us a sample, and we work out the inside size of the carton.
Will the price change after I approve the proof?
No. The written price stands unless you change the size, board, finish or quantity.
Can I attach my artwork to the quote request?
Yes. Attach files up to 3 MB on the form, or email a download link for larger files.
Do you quote plain unprinted tuck boxes?
Yes. Plain white or kraft cartons are quoted the same way, by size and quantity.
